Service Rates and Policies

• Aquatic World services are a one-hour minimum.
• All customers receive a 30-minute total commute time after which normal billing begins.
• Standard maintenance rates are $65.00 an hour rounded up to quarter-hours.
• In High-rise and other locations with difficult access time will begin at arrival of building not at individual residence.
• Parking will be billed to the customer.
• Payment is due upon receipt.
• We will not be able to honor your next service appointment with open invoices.
• A $25.00 Late fee will be applied to all invoices older than 10 business days

Emergency Service

Calls during weekdays Between 8AM and 10PM are $100.00 an hour
All other times and weekends are $200.00 an hour
Calls are subject to billing

Installation
All Installations are $75.00 an hour
Delivery of item to be installed my be billed separately
Installations during regularly scheduled service visits are $65.00

Moves
Aquarium moves are $150.00 an hour per 2-man crew starting at arrival of first location till departure of new location.
Price applies to aquariums up to 55 gallons only.
For tanks 55 gallons and up please call for an estimate
All hardware is guaranteed to be in the same operating order as during our arrival
Due to stress and environmental conditions live stock is not guaranteed

Deliveries
Within one mile for equipment and aquariums up to 55 gals are $25.00
Within five miles for equipment and aquariums up to 55 gals are $50.00
Within fifteen miles for equipment and aquariums up to 55 gals are $75.00
For deliveries over fifteen miles of the store for equipment and aquariums over to 55 gals $100.00
For aquariums over 55 gals call for a quote

Cancellations and no shows
Please call 24 hours in advance for any changes
Cancellations and no show (less than 24 hour Notice) will result in a $25.00 charge to your account.
